Please note that Cinetimes does not produce or host any multimedia files. Users submit their links to videos hosted on third party services which may be either, The Internet Archive (archive.org), the Wikimedia Foundation (wikimedia.org), Youtube(YouTube.com), Vimeo(vimeo.com) or DailyMotion (dailymotion.com). These services should be contacted using the same procedures.

Any removal of a media file from one of these external platforms will result in the removal of the corresponding page from cinetimes.org.

If a link to one of your copyrighted works has been published on Cinetimes without your permission, you have the option of sending a notice of copyright infringement. Before you do so, please check that your case does not fall under an exception to copyright protection such as permitted use by law, fair use or other. Such a request can only be made by the copyright owner or an agent authorised to act on his behalf.

cinetimes.org contains links to these sites, either directly or through embedding code. cinetimes.org is not responsible for the accuracy, compliance, copyright, legality, decency or any other aspect of the content of other linked sites. If you have any legal concerns, please contact the owners of the media files or the relevant host sites. If a referenced film violates copyright and you would like us to remove the content or if you have any questions, please contact us.

Your signature A proper claim must be signed in writing or electronically by the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act on the owner's behalf. To sign, you may enter your full legal name (your first and last name, not a company name) at the bottom of your claim.
