Synopsis

When a sadistic serial killer begins targeting young women in Hollywood, the LAPD enlists Russian Police Major Vladimir Kazatov to help track down the ruthless murderer. Using his unconventional methods and shoot-first approach, the Russian cop must navigate the mean streets of Los Angeles while clashing with local law enforcement to stop the sociopathic killer before he strikes again.
