Synopsis

In the depths of Nazi-occupied Poland, where nearly 250,000 Jews have perished in the Sobibor death camp, hope arrives in the form of two unlikely leaders: Leon Feldhendler, a Polish Jew who has witnessed unspeakable horrors, and Alexander Pechersky, a Soviet POW with military expertise.
