Synopsis
After a motorcycle accident leaves her severely injured, Rose undergoes experimental plastic surgery that transforms her into a bloodthirsty predator with a vampiric stinger hidden in her armpit. As she feeds on unsuspecting victims across Montreal, those she attacks become infected with a rabies-like disease that turns them into violent, foaming zombies, triggering a city-wide epidemic that threatens to consume everything in its path.
