Synopsis
After 12 years of hard drinking across America, reformed alcoholic Matt Ballot returns to his Arkansas hometown to find his wife has raised their children alone and the entire community considers him a disgrace. Set in the 1920s, this is the story of a broken man's desperate fight to win back the love of his family and earn the respect of the people who once knew him, proving that redemption is possible even for those who have fallen the furthest.
