Synopsis
When a luxury yacht belonging to an exiled Middle Eastern shah explodes off the Mexican coast, seasoned freelance agent Fleming races against international treasure hunters, mercenaries, and assassins to retrieve a mysterious document from the ocean floor that could shift the balance of global power.
