Synopsis
Irish-American beat cop Riley has spent twenty years on the job without making a single arrest, preferring to help his community through kindness rather than force. When a young man from his neighborhood is falsely accused of embezzlement and flees to Germany, Riley reluctantly accepts his first real assignment: travel to Munich to bring the boy home. But between the beer gardens, a charming German waitress, and his complete lack of detective skills, Riley's simple mission becomes a delightfully chaotic adventure across Europe.
