Synopsis
When Chinese Princess Lin Hwa is murdered by a poisoned dart in detective James Lee Wong's own home, she manages to scrawl "Captain J" before dying. The brilliant Mr. Wong must navigate the foggy waterfront of San Francisco's Chinatown to uncover a deadly conspiracy involving airplane smuggling, forged checks, and international intrigue. As more victims fall to the same mysterious dart gun, Wong races against time to identify which of two suspicious captains is the killer before the murderer strikes again.
