Synopsis
When the notorious criminal scientist Boroff arrives in America to sell his deadly disintegrating gas to foreign powers, he murders a young Coast Guard ensign and sets off a deadly game of cat and mouse with the victim's determined older brother, Lieutenant Terry Kent.
